Shares of Digital World Acquisition Corp (DWAC), the special purpose acquisition company that said it plans to merge with former President Donald Trump’s social media site Truth Social, dropped more than four percent at the market open, as the social networking company faces glitches and resignations from senior executives two weeks after it was set to be fully operational.

Not sure what is so new about DWAC. Its held fairly well since its IPO. All stocks are up and down. Its not like it has crashed to nothing.
